Questa è una bellissima Morgan 4/4 del 1962. Alimentata da un motore Ford a quattro cilindri da 1,3 litri, la Morgan è ancora una gioia da guidare anche dopo 60 anni. Morgan sapeva fin dall’inizio che è sufficiente costruire un'auto leggera per fornirle una potenza adeguata. Un'auto leggera non ha bisogno di un motore V8, per essere veloce. Il risultato è un'auto leggerissima con caratteristiche di guida esaltanti. Non è possibile uscire delusi da una Morgan, guidare una Morgan è puro divertimento.

Questa automobile è sempre stata ben tenuta. Il telaio è in ottime condizioni e ovviamente privo di ruggine. La carrozzeria è già stata riverniciata nella combinazione di colori originale e presenta tracce d'uso e del tempo qua e là. L'auto è dotata di una capote in vinile nero in buono stato e si adatta correttamente ai profili.
Gli interni sono rivestiti con pelle e moquette originali. La pelle è usurata.
L'auto è alimentata da un motore a quattro cilindri da 1,3 litri che proviene da Ford. Il motore è abbinato a un cambio manuale a quattro marce. A prima vista sembra una motorizzazione modesta, ma se consideriamo che la Morgan 4/4 pesa solo 690 chili, la potenza di 57 cv è più che sufficiente per trarne molto divertimento. Il motore è alimentato da un solo carburatore Zenith e funziona perfettamente. La Morgan 4/4 era equipaggiata in fabbrica con freni a disco sull'asse anteriore.

This is a beautiful 1962 Morgan 4/4. Powered by a Ford 1.3 liter four-cylinder engine, the Morgan is still a joy to drive even after 60 years. Morgan knew from the very first car they ever built that it is enough to build a light car and then provide it with adequate power. A car that is light does not need a V8 engine to be fast. The result is a feather-light car with hilarious driving characteristics. It is not possible to get out of a Morgan angry, driving a Morgan is all about one thing and that is pure fun!
Car has always been well maintained. It is clear at first glance that the car looks good. The chassis is in good condition and of course free of rust. The car has already been repainted in the original color scheme but has traces of use here and there that match the age and mileage of the car. Car is equipped with a black vinyl convertible top that is in neat used condition and fits correctly. The interior is lined with original leather and carpets. The leather has a nice patina.
The car is powered by a 1.3 liter four-cylinder engine that comes from Ford. The engine is mated to a four-speed manual transmission. At first glance a modest motorisation, but if we consider that the Morgan 4/4 weighs only 690 kilos drivable, the power of 57 hp is suddenly sufficient to get a lot of fun out of it. The engine is fed by a single Zenith carburetor and runs great. The Morgan 4/4 was factory equipped with disc brakes on the front axle and a wonderfully smooth chassis
